Love your beautiful garden and the your house in the countryside, but your home is too small. We engaged James Hunter to modernise our home and add on 20 square metres. Just along the road from the famous Sheffield pies
Small cottage that has been added to on at least 2 previous occasions.
This addition & alteration encompassed new corrugated metal cladding to the roof & to the previous additions as well as this one binding everything together.
Original cottage plaster cladding remained.
Rooms were reconfigured & the kitchen moved & modernised.
Originally 84 sqm, once completed it is 105 sqm.
