From managing difficult land boundaries to capturing the sun, we are committed to architectural design that makes for easy, comfortable living, and a home you can imagine as your forever home.
As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), we process the building consent documentation and manage council liaison to make it an easy, understandable experience. We can recommend builders, liaise with building contractors and consultants, for a seamless experience.

New build design also enables us to incorporate new technology - we are always looking for new possibilities, promoting technologies, new materials and methods to make the building process more efficient.
